Wow, this blog was getting dusty! Let's see if I remember how to post stuff.
Not that I have anything of interest to post just yet, anyway, mind you. Just wanted to see if I still have any of the little blogging skills I used to have.
Man, that was a cool show at -=Clockwork=- for a Tuesday evening! The sim was rockin' and so was the DJ's, can I get a woot, woot?! Hawks set the evening off right with a Depeche Mode set, then Jelly tosses in a micro-Smiths set followed up with some ska goodness - plus 18 out of 20 people had their Voice on, all made for a fun time.
I'd like to say I took machinima or got some good pictures of all the happenings, but basically, I went and had a good time at -=Clockwork=- and all I got from it was a wedgie (thanks, JB!).
When you have that many people congregated all within chat range, the topics fly by all fast and furious. I mostly remember the masturbation discussion, though, because my mind works like that. I can tell you what was forgettable though, that would be Alexander's lame attempts to impersonate the Pac-Man® video game as well as I do. He can't do it. I rule. Oh, and also, -=Clockwork=- has a glass stairway leading to the VIP area, and that's a cool thing.
I think at one point, JellyBean threatened to summon a train to mow us all down, but apparently it got derailed or hijacked on the outskirts of Little Philly, because it did not arrive on its scheduled time. Personally, I just think Jelly needs to pull the wand out of her... inventory? and maybe it would work better. She also claims to know the new identity of Starax, but I never knew the old one. I also haven't seen SL benefit from sculpties, yet, either, so that's how much my opinion is worth. Hey, I can't help it if I thought sculpted stairs were gonna rule the world and cut the lag by 50%, I'm an optimist, damn it all!
